SMS Program Terms

1. Program & Permission

The Full Scale Revenue Inquiry & Service Messages program, operated by Full Scale Revenue LLC, provides requested replies, status updates, and recurring follow-up about an inquiry or service request. You must be 18 or older and authorized to use the number provided. Opt in using the optional, unchecked SMS box on our inquiry form. Your permission is limited to the disclosure you accepted. Providing a phone number, using the website, or accepting general terms does not by itself enroll you.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can use email instead. Marketing texts require separate appropriate permission; inquiry consent does not cover unrelated promotions. Client businesses using our systems operate their own programs and are responsible for their permissions.

2. Frequency & Charges

Message frequency varies with your request and conversation. Messages may be automated. Message and data rates may apply, including for replies. Your carrier’s plan determines any charges. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages; delivery is not guaranteed.

3. Stop, Restart or Get Help

• STOP: Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation. We also honor other reasonable requests to stop texting, including requests sent to Support@FullScaleRevenue.com. We process revocation as soon as practicable and within the applicable legal deadline, no later than 10 business days where that rule applies.
• START: Reply START to the same number to opt back in after STOP. This restores permission for that SMS program, not unrelated marketing. It does not necessarily restart a completed appointment or follow-up sequence.
• HELP: Reply HELP for assistance.

Tell us if you change or give up your number. Stopping texts does not cancel your subscription or change email preferences. Do not use this program for emergencies.

4. Privacy & Other Terms

Our Privacy Policy explains our use of mobile information and consent evidence. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in information for others’ marketing. These program terms supplement the Terms Of Service.
