1. Who This Policy Covers
Full Scale Revenue LLC ("Full Scale Revenue," "we," "us," or "our") is a Wisconsin business providing websites, lead follow-up, CRM, booking, and AI-assisted communication services. This policy covers fullscalerevenue.com, our business communications, and information we collect to operate those services. It explains our practices; it does not replace any consent required by law.

For a privacy request, use our Privacy Request Form or email us with “Privacy Request” in the subject.
2. Our Information & Our Clients’ Information
We decide how to use information about our own visitors, prospects, and customers to run our business. When a client provides customer lists or uses a system we manage to communicate with its customers, we handle that information on the client’s instructions. The client controls that information and its own privacy notices. Our Data Processing Addendum describes that relationship.
3. Information We Collect & Its Sources
- Contact and business details: name, email, phone number, business name, trade, website, service interests, and messages you provide in forms, appointments, email, calls, or chat.
- Assessments: answers you choose to submit from the Missed Jobs Check, such as call volumes, follow-up practices, average job value, and the resulting estimates. Results are illustrative, not verified earnings.
- Service and account information: orders, invoices, payment status, business hours, service areas, content, configuration instructions, access permissions, and support records. Payment providers handle payment credentials; our website forms do not collect full card numbers.
- Communications: messages, call events, appointment details, and any recordings, transcripts, or summaries enabled for the relevant service. AI interactions may be processed to answer, summarize, and route your request.
- Device and activity information: IP address, browser/device details, access logs, pages visited, approved campaign labels, and interactions measured by permitted analytics. Providers may derive an approximate region from network information.
- Consent and request records: the permission given, its wording and version, submitted number, time, source, and records needed to handle privacy requests.
Sources include you, your device, clients using our services, service providers, public business sources, and advertising platforms such as Meta when you interact with our Facebook or Instagram ads or submit a platform form.
4. Why We Use Information
We use information to respond to requests, arrange appointments, deliver and support purchased services, process billing, keep consent and transaction records, maintain security, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. We also measure website and advertising performance and market our services subject to your choices and applicable consent requirements. We do not use client customer lists or private service conversations to advertise our own business.
5. Cookies, Local Storage, & GA4
Essential storage supports website operation, security, your choices, and draft recovery. Draft form answers stay in your browser until you submit them; submitted requests are stored to deliver and track the request. Clearing browser storage can remove unfinished drafts and saved choices.
Optional Google Analytics 4 (GA4) measures website traffic and accepted inquiry submissions when enabled. For visits identified as U.S. visits, optional analytics and Meta advertising are on by default unless you opt out or send a supported browser privacy signal. For other or unidentified locations, optional tracking stays off until you allow its category. We use our hosting provider’s country-level location information for this choice; we do not request your device’s precise location. A saved rejection always overrides the default. We send approved page addresses and limited campaign/referral labels, not form answers, contact details, questionnaire results, private URL text, or privacy-request contents. Google also processes technical data necessary to provide analytics. Advertising personalization in our current GA4 configuration is disabled.
Use Your Privacy Choices to opt out, give permission, or change either category. We honor Global Privacy Control by keeping optional website analytics and Meta advertising off. We do not automatically change cookie choices in response to the older Do Not Track setting. Browser choices apply to that browser; make the same choice on other devices. Necessary service records are not erased by changing a cookie setting. We do not use session replay on this website.
6. Facebook, Instagram, & Advertising
We advertise through Meta’s Facebook and Instagram services. Meta processes activity on its platforms under its own privacy policy and provides advertising reports and information you choose to submit through its forms or messages. We use that information to respond and evaluate our advertising.
When advertising cookies are enabled under the choices described above, Meta Pixel measures visits to our public sales pages and accepted inquiries for Facebook and Instagram advertising measurement and audiences. Meta receives technical information such as IP address, browser information, page address and advertising cookie identifiers. We do not send form answers, email addresses, phone numbers or privacy-request details as Pixel event parameters. Automatic advanced matching is disabled. Meta Conversions API is not enabled. Where disclosure to an advertising partner qualifies as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under applicable law, you may opt out through the Your Privacy Choices page or Privacy Request Form. We do not sell personal information for money. Website cookie choices do not change Meta’s settings on Facebook or Instagram; you can also manage those through Meta Ad Preferences. Running an ad does not itself mean a website advertising cookie is installed.
7. Providers & Other Disclosures
We use GoHighLevel/LeadConnector for CRM, communications, workflows, and booking; hosting and infrastructure providers to operate our site; Google for permitted analytics and connected business tools; and the payment, email, telephone, and AI providers needed for your selected service. A provider receives the information needed for its role. Advertising platforms may act independently under their own terms, rather than as our processors.
We may disclose information to professional advisers, to comply with legal obligations, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable protections. Client data handled on instructions remains subject to the Data Processing Addendum.
8. Text-Message Privacy & Consent
Mobile numbers, text-message opt-in records, and SMS consent are not sold or disclosed to affiliates or third parties for their own marketing. Providers that operate and deliver our communications may process these records for that purpose. This restriction applies regardless of other sharing described in this policy.
Our optional inquiry checkbox permits non-marketing replies, status updates, and recurring follow-up about the inquiry or service request described at opt-in. It does not authorize unrelated promotions. A number alone is not consent. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. Frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. See our SMS Program Terms.
Marketing email has an unsubscribe option. We honor marketing-email opt-outs within 10 business days, or sooner when required. You may also contact Privacy@FullScaleRevenue.com. Operational messages needed for a requested service may still be sent as permitted by law.
9. AI, Calls, & Client Systems
AI-assisted features may interpret a message or call, answer from business information, create a summary, and route a request. AI can make mistakes; contact us for human review. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, government identification, or unnecessary sensitive information through chat or ordinary forms.
Recording and retention depend on the service and its configuration. Required notices and permissions must be provided before recording. A client must account for the laws applying to the people it contacts, including callers outside Wisconsin. Our systems are not emergency services.
10. Retention & Security
We retain information for the time needed for the stated purpose, service delivery, security, disputes, consent evidence, and applicable tax or legal requirements. We consider the type of information, account status, legal duties, and deletion requests rather than applying one indefinite period to everything. Limited suppression records may remain to honor opt-outs.
For client service data after termination, request available standard exports within 30 days. Remaining working copies are deleted within 60 days unless applicable legal or provider retention requirements apply, as described in the service terms. Backups and provider records may follow their own deletion cycles and remain restricted.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and service, including encrypted connections and access restrictions. No service can guarantee perfect security. We will provide notices required by applicable breach-notification law, including Wisconsin Statutes § 134.98 where it applies.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your residence, the information, and whether a law applies to us, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of information; opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; limit certain sensitive-information uses; or appeal a denied request. We do not discriminate for exercising applicable rights. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer personal characteristics.
Use our Privacy Request Form, email us, or write to the address above. An authorized agent may submit a request; we may ask for proof of authority and reasonable verification. Do not submit identification documents through the form. We use verification information only as needed to process the request and protect information. We respond within applicable legal deadlines, explain lawful exceptions, and provide any required extension notice. To appeal, select “Appeal” or reply to our decision with that subject. You may also contact your state privacy regulator or attorney general.
For information controlled by a client, contact that business. We can route the request and assist it as required. Submitting a deletion request does not automatically cancel a paid service, and a receipt does not mean deletion is complete.
12. Canadian Privacy Requests
Our owner is responsible for privacy compliance. Contact our Privacy Officer at Privacy@FullScaleRevenue.com or the mailing address above with questions, requests, or complaints.
Where Canadian privacy law applies, you may request access to your personal information, an explanation of its use and disclosure, and correction of inaccurate or incomplete information. You may withdraw consent, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice; we will explain any effect on services. For access requests governed by PIPEDA, we respond within 30 calendar days. If a lawful extension is needed, we notify you within that period and explain the reason, revised deadline, and complaint rights.
You may raise a concern with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the applicable provincial privacy regulator. Optional website tracking for Canadian visits stays off until you allow it.
13. Children, International Use, & Changes
Our services are intended for adults acting for businesses, not children under 18. We do not knowingly collect children’s information or sell/share their information for advertising. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information.
We operate in the United States; providers may process information in other locations subject to applicable safeguards. Information processed outside Canada may be accessible to courts, law enforcement, and other authorities under the laws of those countries. This policy does not itself establish a lawful international-transfer mechanism. Third-party sites have their own policies. We update the date when we revise this policy and provide additional notice or consent where required for material changes.
