What Are “AI Minutes”?
Only on the AI phone plan. When the AI talks on the phone, our phone company charges us. You pay that cost plus 25%. You pick a monthly limit before we turn it on, and it starts at $0 extra until you say yes.
What If I Cancel?
Email us the word “Cancel.” Billing stops at the end of your month. Your website address, your content and your customer list are yours. Ask for a copy within 30 days.
What’s Included In Setup?
Setup is included in your monthly service. Your first month is charged at purchase. Your subscription renews monthly from your purchase date. After purchase, we email your receipt and onboarding form. Complete the form, then we call you to confirm the remaining details. We build and test your system, and launch after your approval. Setup usually takes 7–10 days after we receive your complete business details and required access.
