Will this bring me new customers?
Our systems focus on turning the calls and requests you're already getting into more booked jobs. Local SEO & Reputation Management are separate add-ons that help more people in your service area find you. Paid ads and ad spend aren't included (but we can do that too 😏). As much as we'd like to guarantee traffic and rankings, it's really hard to be #1 on Google! Anyone who promises that is full of sh** 💩
Is this really done for me?
Yes. We build and run the website, text-back and follow-up systems for you. Smart Website System covers the website and missed-call text back. Lead System adds website chat, online booking and review requests. AI Front Desk System adds AI phone answering. What you get depends on the system you choose.
How are AI minutes billed on the AI Front Desk System?
AI Front Desk System is $497 per month and includes the Lead System allowances. AI minutes and approved extras cost actual attributable provider cost plus 25%, within a written monthly spending cap. No extra spend is authorized by default. We confirm the limit and phone fallback before activation. Read the usage terms.
How long does setup take?
Setup is included in your monthly service. Your first month is charged at purchase. Your subscription renews monthly from your purchase date. After purchase, we email your receipt and onboarding form. Complete the form, then we call you to confirm the remaining details. We build and test your system, and launch after your approval. Setup usually takes 7–10 days after we receive your complete business details and required access.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Every system is month-to-month. Email Support@FullScaleRevenue.com any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Cancelling adds no charge, but there's no refund for a period that has already started. Your order controls any system-specific terms. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
How soon will I notice a difference?
Once we go live, the system starts handling the replies and follow-ups you chose. How quickly that becomes more bookings depends on how many people contact you and what happens next. We can help stop leads slipping away. We can’t promise a packed calendar overnight.
How do you keep the price affordable?
Our websites use templates, and each system has a clear list of included features. That keeps the work focused instead of starting from scratch every time. Custom work and add-ons are quoted separately, so you know what you’re paying for.
What happens to my website and data if I leave?
Hosting and the tools we manage stop at the end of your paid period. Your domain, content you supplied and customer data stay yours. Request available data exports within 30 days. Our templates and code don’t automatically transfer. See the full terms.
Do I need this if most of my work comes from referrals?
Referrals are great. But that person still needs to reach you and get a reply. A website gives them a place to check you out, and our system helps keep the conversation moving while you’re busy.

Keeping your phone number?
Calls may need forwarding or a supported connection. We confirm your number works before anything goes live.
The AI only does what you approve.
It uses your services, service area, hours, rules and calendar. All determined by you. Anything outside that gets handed to you.
It’s not a 911 line.
The AI isn’t an emergency dispatch service. Anything urgent follows the escalation rules you set.
