Built from the driver's seat.
Full Scale Revenue answers your phone when you can't. I know that feeling better than anyone: hearing it ring, and not being able to touch it.
My name is Theo. I've been a professional truck driver most of my life, and I've driven just about every kind of truck there is. Most recently, I drove a 60,000lb. garbage truck for a big name waste company.
Out there, your phone stays down. Not because you don't care. Because it's the law, it's dangerous, and the job in front of you deserves all of your attention.
So it rang. My wife. My kids. My friends. And I let it ring.
One day on my route, a thought hit me: what if that was my business calling?
If I ran a company and kept driving, I could never actually run it. Every call I missed would be a customer dialing someone else.
Then I thought about everyone else out there. The plumber under a sink. The roofer two stories up. The HVAC tech in a hot attic. The electrician with both hands in a panel. Same problem every time: the phone rings, your hands are full, and the money walks.
It's not a small problem. Research from Invoca found about 1 in 4 calls to home service businesses never get answered.
Those callers don't wait. I know because you and I are one of them. We call the next name on Google.
That's not a lazy-person problem. It's a hard-worker problem. The busier and better you are, the more calls you miss.
So I built the fix.
Why a truck driver built this
I'm not a Silicon Valley guy. I'm a blue-collar guy who loves tech. I've built my own computers, taught myself to code, and spent years messing with software just because I enjoy it. No degree. Just curiosity and a lot of late nights.
Full Scale Revenue is what happens when someone who lived the problem builds the tool to solve it.
What we do
Whether you're on a ladder, under a truck, or behind the wheel. I can't promise your calendar will be full overnight, but I can promise every goddamn call gets answered.
The calls that feed your family, and your home. You keep doing the work you're great at. I'll keep the phone from costing you money.
What I believe
- Hard work should pay. You earned that call. You shouldn't lose it because you were busy earning.
- Your work comes first. Your phone should work for you, not pull you off the job.
- Plain talk. No tech jargon. Straight answers, from someone who's worn the boots.
